physical properties, chemical safety, microbial indicators, only
the test pass rate of 99.9% or more raw materials can enter the
production process. In the production process, 100% online testing
equipment is set up in the key processes, the thickness of the
product is tested by laser thickness gauge, and the appearance
defects of the product are detected by high-resolution image
recognition equipment. In the finished product inspection stage,
various pet activity scenarios and excretion are simulated, and the
absorption performance and leak-proof performance of the product
are comprehensively tested to ensure that each piece of pet diaper
meets the high quality standard, and the defective rate is
controlled within 0.01%.
