Product quality assuranc
Whole-process quality inspection system: The whole-process quality inspection system covering from raw
material purchase to finished product delivery has been
established. For each batch of raw materials, such as surface layer
non-woven fabrics, absorption core materials, back rubber, etc.,
strict physical properties, chemical composition testing to ensure
the quality of raw materials up to standard. In the production
process, with the help of high-precision sensors, visual inspection
system, real-time monitoring of the dimensional accuracy of the
liner, absorption performance, bonding quality and other key
indicators, once found quality problems, immediately automatic
shutdown adjustment, to ensure that each piece of underwear liner
meet high quality standards.
Strict hygiene standards: In view of the direct contact of underwear liners with private
parts of the human body, the hygiene requirements are extremely
high. The production line operates in a completely enclosed,
dust-free and sterile environment, equipped with an efficient air
purification system that circulates and filters the air in the
production workshop to remove contaminants such as dust, bacteria
and viruses. Regular deep cleaning and disinfection of production
equipment, operators need to go through strict disinfection
procedures before entering the workshop, from the production
environment and personnel operations and other aspects to ensure
the health and safety of products.
