Product Description
This baby diaper production line strives for excellence in
production technology. When raw materials are pre-treated, advanced
ultra-soft fiber processing technology is used to gently comb and
refine non-woven fibers, making the product surface feel as soft as
baby skin and greatly improving the comfort of baby wearing. The
absorbent core system uses an innovative multi-layer composite
process to accurately match each layer of absorbent material to
speed up water absorption by 60%, while effectively preventing
reinfiltration, always keeping the surface dry, and providing
intimate care for the baby's delicate skin. Each process of the
production line is connected accurately, with high-precision
mechanical transmission and control, to ensure that the product
molding size error is controlled in a very small range, greatly
improve the product qualification rate, and deliver high-quality
baby diapers to the market.

Whole-process quality inspection system: The whole-process quality inspection system covering from raw
material purchase to finished product delivery has been
established. For each batch of raw materials, such as surface layer
non-woven fabrics, absorption core materials, bottom films, etc.,
strict physical properties, chemical composition testing to ensure
raw material quality standards. In the production process, with the
help of high-precision sensors, visual inspection system, real-time
monitoring of diapers dimensional accuracy, absorption performance,
bonding quality and other key indicators, once found quality
problems, immediately automatic shutdown adjustment, to ensure that
each piece of baby diapers are in line with high quality standards.
Strict hygiene standards: In view of the baby diapers are in direct contact with the baby's
delicate skin, the hygiene requirements are extremely high. The
production line operates in a completely enclosed, dust-free and
sterile environment, equipped with an efficient air purification
system that circulates and filters the air in the production
workshop to remove contaminants such as dust, bacteria and viruses.
