Equipment maintenance is convenient and efficient
Modular design and rapid maintenance: The baby diaper production line adopts the modular design concept,
and the equipment is divided into a number of independent
functional modules, such as raw material pretreatment module,
molding module, packaging module, etc. Each module has independent
functions, and the structural design is easy to disassemble and
install. Once a module fails, technicians can quickly locate and
replace the corresponding module, eliminating the need for
large-scale disassembly of the entire production line,
significantly reducing maintenance time. For example, when there is
a problem with the heat sealing device of the packaging module, the
module where the device is located can be directly replaced, and
the repair can be completed within 1-2 hours, ensuring that the
production line can quickly resume operation and reduce the loss
caused by production interruption.
Intelligent equipment monitoring and early warning: Equipped with intelligent equipment monitoring system, through the
distribution of sensors in the key parts of the equipment,
real-time collection of equipment operating data, such as motor
speed, temperature, pressure and other parameters. Big data
analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms are used to deeply
analyze these data and predict equipment failures in advance. For
example, when the system monitors that the temperature of a motor
rises abnormally and the vibration amplitude increases, and the
analysis determines that a failure may be imminent, it will issue
an early warning 2-3 hours in advance to remind the maintenance
personnel to check and deal with it in a timely manner, avoid
sudden equipment failure leading to shutdown, and reduce equipment
maintenance costs and production risks.
