side is extremely strict. The raw material inspection area is
equipped with advanced spectrum analyzer and tension testing
machine, which can accurately detect the composition of raw
materials to ensure its safety and quality stability; Tensile
testing machine is used to test the strength of non-woven fabrics
and elastic materials to ensure that the product is not easy to
break during use. In the production process, the online laser
detection system monitors the dimensional accuracy of the product
in real time, and automatically adjusts the equipment parameters
once the deviation is found. The finished product inspection area
is equipped with a leak-proof test device simulating human
movement, as well as a professional softness tester, which
comprehensively tests the product from multiple dimensions to
ensure that each adult diaper meets high quality standards, and the
defective rate is strictly controlled within 0.05%.
