A: We can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. If your company is real a company
can be trust. As usual our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and70% T/T
against the copy of B/L.We offer discount for big quantity.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q: What about the lead time?
A: week for sample, mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depends on
order quantity.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 100pc as sample order is available.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes
3-7days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control
system and the defective rate will be less than 2%. Secondly,
during the guarantee period, for defective batch products, we will
repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.

A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo and packing design.
