The ceramsite rotary kiln equipment consists of a rotary cylinder, a supporting device, a supporting device with a retaining wheel, a kiln head and a kiln tail sealing device, a coal injection pipe device and other parts. The kiln body is inclined with the horizontal, and the entire kiln body is supported by a supporting wheel device, and there is a retaining wheel device to control the up and down movement of the kiln body. In addition to the main transmission, the transmission part is also equipped with an auxiliary transmission device to ensure that the kiln body can still rotate slowly and prevent the kiln body from deforming when the main transmission power supply is interrupted; the kiln head adopts a shell-type seal, and the kiln tail is equipped with an axial contact seal device to ensure the reliability of the seal.

Working principle of ceramsite sand rotary kiln
During the operation of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln, the raw material powder is fed into the kiln cylinder from the discharge pipe on the upper part of the kiln tail cylinder. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the kiln cylinder, the material produces a composite movement that rolls along the circumferential direction and moves from high temperature to low end along the axial direction. The raw material is decomposed and burned in the kiln. After being burned into cement clinker, it is discharged from the bottom of the kiln cylinder and enters the cooler. The fuel is sprayed into the kiln head and burned in the kiln. The heat generated heats the raw material, so that the raw material is calcined into clinker. The hot air formed in the process of exchanging with the material enters the kiln system from the kiln feed end and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
