1, Curved Design
Curved belt conveyors have a special arc-shaped structure, which is
different from traditional straight belt conveyor lines. This
arc-shaped structure enables the conveyor belt to run along the
preset curved track, achieving a smooth transition of materials
between different directions, the radius of the curved section is
determined according to actual conveying requirements.
2, Conveyor Belt Features
The conveyor belts of curved belt conveyors usually have good
flexibility and can be smoothly bent at the curved section without
excessive deformation or damage. The common ones are lightweight
PVC conveyor belts, which are soft and wear-resistant and are
suitable for use on curved belts for conveying small items, in
order to ensure that materials do not slip off at the curved
section, the surface of the conveyor belt may have certain patterns
or special anti-slip treatments.
