XC938-EV Pure Electric Small Wheel Loader Single Pump Split Flow Quantitative Hydraulic System

The XC938-EV pure electric loader adopts a single-pump split-flow quantitative hydraulic system and pilot control of the working device, which is precise and easy to operate.

The whole machine is equipped with a 180.5kW·h lithium iron phosphate battery and supports dual-gun fast charging, with a charging time of only 45 minutes at the shortest (equipped with a 240kW charging pile). The battery thermal management system is intelligently controlled by the BMS, which is safe and reliable. The XC938-EV electric loader can choose 1.8-3.0 m series buckets, wood clamps, grass grabbers and quick-change tools.

Travel motor

Adopting single-motor travel drive technology, the whole machine travel system adopts one motor, which is connected to the drive axle through the transmission shaft to optimize power matching, so that the whole machine has greater torque output and faster response speed.

The motor adjusts the speed in real time according to the throttle opening to achieve stepless speed change of the whole machine.

Drive axle

Adopting self-made reinforced drive axle, the bridge shell is optimized, the cross-section of the shell is enlarged, and the load-bearing capacity and bending resistance are increased by 10%.

Strong engineering machinery drive shaft, strong impact resistance, high power transmission reliability.

Finite element analysis is performed on key structural parts to reduce stress concentration, eliminate local weaknesses, and ensure that all kinds of harsh working conditions are met.

The front and rear frames are designed for heavy loads, with thick steel plates, high strength and strong load-bearing capacity.

Reasonable layout, simple structure, reduced pressure profiles and irregular welds, strengthened important load-bearing parts, and can withstand torque and impact loads under various working conditions.

Increasing the distance between the upper and lower hinge pins of the hinge center and dispersing the force at the hinge can reduce the stress of the hinge pin and increase the service life of the bearing.

The working device is optimized and designed with a single rocker arm, short tie rod, and horizontal boom cylinder. The Z-type reverse six-link structure has small unloading impact and excellent operating performance and efficiency.

The main hinge point adopts a two-stage dustproof structure, which can effectively prevent dust and protect the grease from contamination, and provide reliable protection for the hinge pin and sleeve.

The main wear-prone parts of the bucket are made of wear-resistant plates, and the bucket has a long service life.

The new micro-pressurized cab has a large space, a wide field of vision, and good sealing.

The high-performance shock absorber is connected to the frame, which greatly reduces the vibration of the cab.

The mechanical shock-absorbing composite control seat is comfortable to operate.

Intelligent temperature-controlled high-power heating and cooling air conditioner has a suitable operating temperature.
