The XS335IV full hydraulic single-drum vibrating roller is a super-large tonnage vibrating roller, which is positioned in large-depth rock fill compaction and ultra-thick pavement compaction, and can take into account conventional pavement compaction, and is an ideal compaction equipment for dam rock fill compaction, ultra-thick water stabilized compaction, highway pavement base and roadbed. The single-pump and double-motor closed hydraulic drive system composed of electronically controlled proportional pump, motor and long-life reducer realizes full drive of front and rear wheels to ensure that the roller has good driving performance and climbing ability. Infinitely variable speed within the set speed range to ensure that the work is carried out at the most suitable speed under different working conditions.

Domestic heavy-duty drive axle, strong bearing capacity, high reliability, and can ensure that the roller can exert its maximum traction under various working conditions. Equipped with 20-layer rock tires, it is wear-resistant, especially suitable for rock filling and compaction.

Electronically controlled two-point variable pump and quantitative motor form an electronically controlled closed hydraulic system, which can transmit a maximum power of 181kW and adapt to rock filling and compaction.

The vibrating wheel follows the structure of the four-point support cylinder vibrating chamber, and follows the design technology of the long-life vibrating wheel and the "three-in-one" extreme pressure equalization technology. It has simple structure, high strength, good rigidity, dual-frequency, double-amplitude function, large static linear pressure and excitation force, high operating efficiency, long life of vibrating bearing, and high reliability.

According to the principle of ergonomics, the front steering and right-hand control structure are uniformly adopted, and the control armrest box integrates color display, combination button board, CAN bus handle, emergency stop button, engine one-key start/stop switch, etc., and is provided with elbow rest, which is comfortable to operate. The air suspension seat is adjustable in front and back, up and down, tilt and stiffness, which can be adapted to drivers of different heights and weights.
