Q1. How is quality ensured?
Our products are 100% QC tested, if the item has a non-human
quality problem during the warranty period, we will provide an
exchange warranty service for your specific item after proof.
Q2. Are you an auto parts manufacturer?
Our company is a manufacturer and a wholesaler, our company sells
Korean Hyundai Kia Great Wall series auto parts
Q3. What is your Minimum Order Quality?
The platform rules require different minimum order quantities for
each category of products. If there is stock available, we can sell
you one item and you can contact us separately.
Q4. What about delivery time?
If we have the item you need in stock, we can send you the item
within 3 business days after deposit or 100% payment. In case of
customized products, the production time for each product usually
varies and usually takes 5 to 15 working days.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay
the balance.
Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q7. How about the warranty?
Normally, the warranty period is 12 months after you receive the
goods. For certain specific products, the warranty period is
longer. We will indicate it in the product.
