Working principle
The continuous vacuum feeder uses gas dynamics and vacuum
technology to deliver materials. After starting, the vacuum pump
group quickly extracts the air in the suction chamber and the
conveying pipe to build a vacuum environment far below the external
atmospheric pressure. Under the strong pressure difference, the
material is sucked into the suction chamber from the feed port. The
material enters the Venturi acceleration structure with the air
flow, and then proceeds along the conveying pipe at high speed to
the cyclone separator. In the separator, the material, under the
action of centrifugal force and gravity, spirals down along the
cylinder wall to the bottom discharge port and enters the
subsequent process; The air carrying fine dust is discharged from
the top of the separator, purified by a high-precision filter
device, trapping the dust, and the purified gas is returned to the
vacuum pump to maintain a stable vacuum degree of the system and
ensure the continuous, efficient and automatic conveying of
materials.
