Working principle
When the screen is working, the vibration motor of the core
component runs at high speed and generates strong exciting force.
This exciting force is transmitted to the screen body, causing the
screen to vibrate at a specific frequency and amplitude. The
material to be screened enters the screen from the inlet, and under
the action of vibration, the material particles continuously beat
and roll. Among them, particles whose particle size is less than
the screen aperture can quickly pass through the screen and fall
into the collection device below to complete the screening; The
material whose particle size is larger than the screen aperture
cannot pass through the screen, and can only be continuously driven
by vibration on the surface of the screen, move in a straight line
along the inclined direction of the screen, and finally discharge
from the discharge port. In this way, the in-line screen
efficiently and accurately separates the material by particle size
to meet the production needs of various industries.
