Two-hole Concrete Brick Making Machine is a small electric brick
making equipment, driven by 220V two-phase electricity, designed
for the production of standard concrete bricks (e.g. hollow bricks,
solid bricks). Its core feature is the design of double mould
holes, which can form two bricks at one time, improve the
efficiency while taking into account the demand for energy saving
and miniaturisation, which is suitable for small building materials
factories, rural self-built houses or temporary bricks for
engineering.
Two-phase Power Brick Making Machine Working Principle
Feeding: Fill the mould holes with mixed concrete raw materials
(cement + aggregate + water).
Pressurised moulding: start the motor and apply high pressure to
the mould through hydraulic system or mechanical lever to compress
and mould the raw materials.
Demoulding: Lift the top cover of the mould, the brick billet is
ejected, and the brick billet is moved out manually or by auxiliary
equipment.
Conservation: the brick billet is left to natural conservation or
steam conservation, after reaching the strength, it is used.
