    ASME SA210 GR.A1: This refers to a specific grade of carbon steel that meets the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for pressure vessel and boiler tubing. This alloy primarily consists of iron and carbon, with small amounts of other elements like manganese and silicon. For GR.A1, carbon content is generally around 0.25–0.35% with specific allowances for manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon.

    It conforms to ASME SA210, which is designed for use in the production of carbon steel tubes for boilers and other high-temperature services.

    The material is also subject to certain mechanical testing, including tensile, hardness, and impact tests, to ensure reliability under operational conditions.


    Chemical Composition:

    • Carbon (C): 0.25% to 0.35%
    • Manganese (Mn): 0.30% to 0.60%
    • Silicon (Si): 0.10% to 0.35%
    • Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.035%
    • Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.035%
