Stainless Steel Needle Tube is a small-bore, cold drawn needle tube
which is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel due to their
excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and biocompatibility. This needle tube is widely used in the medical device, aerospace,
automobile, jewelry, food processing industries and so on. It is
also popular for model makers. The needle tubes are produced from
stainless steel strips. Stainless steel strips are processed by laser thermal fusion welding into capillary tubes, and these tubes are processed by
reducing the diameter & thickness, annealing, cleaning,
straightening and cutting. Then tubes are grinded into needle tubes
with different needle points. This process holds tight tolerances
on OD and ID. It is commonly referred to as Needle Tube. SUS304 and
SUS316L needle tubes, compliant with ISO9626 standard, ensure
safety, precision, and reliability in medical injections.

1. Are you manufacturer of stainless steel needle tubes?
Yes, we have own factory with more than 10 production lines to
produce needle tubes and have the 100,000 class purification room.
2. Can you supply stainless steel capillary tubes?
Yes, we can not only provide finished needle tubes, but also
provide straight or coiled capillary tubes. The common length is 2
meter per piece.
3. What sizes are available?
Sizes range from 10 to 34G. Wall Thickness can be regular wall,
thin wall, extra-thin wall, ultra-thin wall.
4.Can needle tubes be customized?
Yes, custom lengths, diameters, and needle tips(bevelled, blunt,
quincke, back eye, back cut...).
5.What grades of stainless steel are commonly used?
Grades 304, 304Ni8.5, 304Ni9, and 316 (medical-grade for enhanced
corrosion resistance). If the needle tube has smaller, thinner
size, thus it need to choose the stainless steel with higher Ni
content.
