Compatibility Challenges

• EN 1092-1 vs. ASME Standards:
  EN 1092-1 flanges have different dimensions (e.g., bolt hole spacing, thickness) compared to ASME B16.5/B16.47. Ensure the flange is manufactured to EN 1092-1 dimensions if required for system compatibility.

• Material Cross-Reference:

  • EN 1.4410 (X2CrNiMoN25-7-4): European equivalent of ASTM A182 F53/S32750.

  • If the flange must comply with EN 1092-1 material standards, confirm the use of EN 1.4410 instead of ASTM A182 F53.
