Monel wire mesh introduction:
Monel wire mesh is woven from Monel alloy, a nickel-copper alloy
(typically 67% Ni, 30% Cu, with small amounts of iron, manganese,
and other elements). It is manufactured through:
Wire Drawing: Monel rods are drawn into fine wires.
Weaving: Wires are woven into plain, twill, or Dutch weaves for
different densities.
Heat Treatment: Annealing may be applied to enhance ductility.
Monel wire mesh is a premium material for extreme environments
where corrosion resistance, strength, and durability are critical.
While costly, its superior performance in marine, chemical, and
high-temperature applications justifies the investment. Proper
selection of weave type, alloy grade, and mesh size ensures optimal
performance.
Best for: Harsh chemical, marine, and high-stress industrial
applications where standard metals fail.

Monel400, Monel401, Monel404, Monel R405, Moenl K500 and Inconel
wire. Monel400 alloy wire is the most common material that
corrosion resisting in the hydrofluoric acid, muriatic acid,
phosphoric acid, organic acid and alkaline medium.
