1.BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) jumbo rolls serve as the
primary substrate material for manufacturing adhesive tapes,
including packaging tapes, printed tapes, and specialty tapes.
Produced from 100% virgin polypropylene resin, these master rolls
undergo a precision stretching process to achieve superior
mechanical properties. Available in widths ranging from 1,000mm to
2,500mm and thicknesses from 35μm to 60μm (±1.5μm tolerance), each
roll features consistent quality for optimal converting
performance. Corona treatment ensures surface tension ≥38 dynes/cm,
guaranteeing excellent adhesive bonding.
2.With outstanding physical characteristics, our BOPP jumbo rolls
deliver tensile strength ≥120N/mm² (MD) and ≥200N/mm² (TD),
elongation at break of 80-120% (MD) and 40-70% (TD), and a modulus
of elasticity between 1,800-2,200MPa. The film exhibits exceptional
optical clarity, with ≥92% light transmission, ≤2.5% haze, and a
yellowness index ≤3.0—ideal for high-transparency tape
applications. Thermal stability is equally impressive, with heat
shrinkage ≤5% (MD) and ≤3% (TD) at 150°C/5min, a Vicat softening
point ≥150°C, and a functional temperature range of -20°C to +80°C.
3.Customization options include anti-static treatment, UV
stabilization, and surface texturing for specialized applications.
Each roll is securely packaged with moisture-proof wrapping and
ISPM15-compliant wooden pallets for export. Quality assurance
includes ISO 9001:2015 certification, full-width defect detection,
and batch traceability with a Certificate of Analysis.
4.Optimized for high-speed slitting (300-800m/min), our BOPP jumbo
rolls ensure efficient processing with recommended tension settings
of 10-15N/mm². For storage, maintain conditions at 15-30°C and
40-60% relative humidity (12-month shelf life). Minimum order quantity is 10 rolls, with a lead time of 15-30 days.
