ST-19B Automatic Brinell Viscometer
The ST-19B automatic Brinell viscometer is a specialized instrument
used to measure the Brinell viscosity of gelatin. It is designed
and manufactured according to the QB2354 standard of "Medicinal
Gelatin" and also complies with QB/T1995 GB6783,GB13731,QB/1996.
The measurement of Burgundy viscosity of gelatin is an important
indicator reflecting the level of gelatin production technology and
controlling the quality of gelatin production. It is also
applicable to the viscosity performance testing of all gelatin such
as edible gelatin, medicinal gelatin, industrial gelatin, bone
glue, etc; Viscosity testing of gelatin liquids such as agar and
protein powder.
