Working weight
. The working weight is about 415t, including the upper and lower
parts, the main engine rear counterweight, the central
counterweight, the 24m basic boom and the 500t hook.
Ground pressure
. The average ground pressure with basic arm is 0.175MPa.
Gradeability
. Gradeability with basic arm is 15%.
Torque limiter
. The torque limiter independently developed by Sany is used to
form a network with other controllers through the CAN bus to
achieve safe and reliable control. The torque limiter can
automatically detect the weight of the crane and the angle of the
crane arm, and can display its rated load and actual load working
radius, hook height, etc.;
. The torque limiter system consists of a large-screen color
display, a host, an angle sensor, a tension sensor, and a pressure
sensor.
Main and auxiliary hook over-winding prevention device
. Used to prevent the hook from over-lifting. When the lifting hook
is lifted to a certain height, the limit switch is activated, the
control system automatically cuts off the lifting action of the
lifting hook, and the display and buzzer alarm at the same time. At
this time, the lifting hook can only be lowered to prevent the
over-winding of the lifting hook.
Main and auxiliary hook over-release prevention device
. Used to prevent over-release of the hoisting wire rope. When the
wire rope is released to the last three turns, the limit switch is
activated, the control system automatically cuts off the rope
release action, and the display and buzzer alarm at the same time.
At this time, only the rope retraction operation can be performed
to prevent the over-release of the lifting hook.
Installation mode/working mode switch
. In the installation mode, some safety devices do not work (such
as the lower limit of the auxiliary arm, the angle limit of the
moment limiter arm, overload, etc.) to facilitate the installation
of the crane;
. In the working mode, all safety devices are effective.
