Detailed Introduction
The under part
Travel drive
The travel system has two speeds; it has strong traction and can
achieve 70% load-carrying steering; each travel reducer is driven
independently, which can flexibly achieve forward, backward or
on-the-spot steering.
Travel brake
The travel brake is a normally closed type placed inside the
reducer (i.e. it is in the braking state when the travel handle is
not operated). It can automatically compensate and does not require
adjustment. When the travel handle is operated, the brake is
released and travel is achieved.
Track Shoes
The left and right crawler walking devices have a total of 136
track shoes, each with a width of 1500mm. The tension of the track
shoes can be adjusted by hydraulic jacks, and the position of the
gaskets can be adjusted to achieve the ideal tension.
Base
High-strength welded frame structure; hydraulic cylinder drives the
power pin to connect with the crawler frame, which makes
installation and disassembly very convenient and easy.
Traveling speed
The variable speed motor can achieve two speeds, and can achieve
infinite speed change in each speed, high speed: 0~1.0km/h, low
speed 0~0.55km/h, to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment
and realize walking.
Operating equipment
All operating device pipes are made of high-strength steel pipes,
plates are made of high-strength steel plates, and luffing supports
are also made of high-strength steel pipes; pulley materials: all
pulleys on the boom are rolled and welded pulleys, and all pulleys
on the hook are rolled and welded pulleys;
Boom
The boom is a space truss structure with a uniform cross section in
the middle and variable cross sections at both ends. The steel
pipes are welded, and the top and root of the boom are reinforced
with steel plates, which is more conducive to load transmission.
The length of the main boom is between the basic boom (24m) and the
maximum length (108m).
