Product component and system description
Slewing lock function
Equipped with a slewing locking device, used to lock the slewing of
the upper vehicle when the crane stops.
Anti-tilting function
The main boom and jib bracket are equipped with an anti-tilt device
to prevent the boom and jib bracket from tilting backward.
Lifting boom angle limit function
When the main boom reaches the specified angle, the lifting is
stopped and is controlled by the torque limiter and the travel
switch. When the elevation angle of the main boom is less than the
specified angle, the falling is stopped and is controlled by the
torque limiter and an audible alarm is issued.
Hook anti-drop function
All hooks are equipped with anti-drop plates to prevent the slings
hanging on the hook heads from falling off.
Hydraulic system safety protection function
Equipped with hydraulic balance valve, hydraulic overflow valve and
other devices to ensure the system is stable and safe during
operation.
Torque limiter system
The torque limiter can automatically detect the angle of the crane
arm and the lifting load, and has the functions of early warning
and automatic stop of operation in case of overload.
Sound and light alarm function
It has three-color warning lights and sound and light alarms, which
can display the vehicle load and operation status, and warn the
driver and people outside the vehicle.
Lighting
Lighting lamps are installed in front of the turntable, above the
control room and inside the control room to provide lighting.
Rearview mirror
Located outside the control room, it is convenient for the driver
to observe the situation behind the machine.
Height indicator light
The height indicator light is installed on the top of the boom as a
high-altitude warning.
Anemometer
The current wind speed is detected in real time and transmitted to
the monitor in the control room to remind the operator to pay
attention to wind load safety.
Level
Equipped with a mechanical level that can display the inclination
of the road surface in use and provide the operator with a
reference for the machine's levelness.
Closed-circuit surveillance system (optional)
The driver's cab is equipped with a closed-circuit monitoring
system. Through the cameras and monitors installed at the tail of
the turntable and on the boom, the driver can instantly observe the
working conditions of the lifting mechanism and luffing mechanism.
