What is high gloss powder coating?

High gloss powder coating is a dry finishing process that creates an ultra-smooth, mirror-like surface with exceptional reflectivity. It uses finely ground polymer resins (epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, or hybrid blends) that are electrostatically applied and heat-cured, resulting in a gloss level of 85–95% (measured at 60° gloss meter).
