1. Equipment Description

Zero Dynamic's Cross Flow Fan Dyanmic Balancing Machine (Model: XH-5Q) is used for the unbalance detection of cross-flow fan of split air conditioner, automobile air conditioner heater and central air conditioner, clothes dryer and air curtain machine etc. The bracket on the left side of the equipment is adjustable, which is controlled by a servo motor and a lead screw. In addition, the equipment is also equipped with a lifting cylinder for the workpiece, which makes it convenient for the operator to pick and place the workpiece.

4.9 An air cylinder is equipped below the workpiece. It will automatically rise after the measurement is completed, making it convenient for the operator to place and remove the workpiece.
4.10 An adjustable-position bracket is equipped on the left side of the equipment. It is controlled by a servo motor and lead screw, which can meet the dynamic balance measurement requirements of workpieces of different lengths.
