Construction:
Honeycomb-cored panel are made of Glass reinforced fiber plastic +
PP honeycomb cell core + glass reinforced fiber plastic.
Application:
PP honeycomb panel with FRP is taking place of the traditional
metal or plywood . PP honeycomb core is an excellent material for
sandwich construction. Its polyester non-woven surface is easy to
be bonded and fit for most kinds of surface sheet.

environmentally friendly. They are very versatile, from van truck,
express train to aerospace;

Advantages:
Light weight : pp honeycomb board is 1/12 times the weight of same
volume of water,1/32 times the weight of aluminium,which proves
that it can greatly reduce load weight and the weight of vehicle,
ship and light rail vehicle.
Sound and heat insulation: the air between the two layers of
honeycomb panel is divided into numerous closed cells which can
prohibit the spread of sound and heat.
High intensity and stiffness. Small cell sizes at high density
