Four-station drilling and tapping machine

Four-station drilling and tapping machine is our company's new tapping machine. The guide rails of this machine tool are all linear guide rails, the feed motor is a stepper motor, the control method is CNC system control, and hydraulic or pneumatic pressure is used for clamping.

Main features

Our tapping machines are divided into two types according to the different power head structure types: fixed power head type and adjustable drill rod type.

1. The fixed power head is equipped with a set of power heads for each workpiece. It is an integral structure, but it needs to be customized according to each workpiece. When changing the processed product, the corresponding power head is replaced. Its characteristics are good overall stability, high processing accuracy, high life, and slightly higher cost than the adjustable type.

2. The adjustable drill rod is a gear box body. The drill rod is designed by calculation according to the number of holes and distribution distances in all processed parts. When each drill rod is working, the power connection is a universal coupling. When changing the processed product, the positioning drill template is replaced, and the corresponding number of connecting shafts and drill rods are installed. The processing range of this structure is subject to certain restrictions due to the working range of the universal coupling. The positioning is corrected by the positioning plate in front of the box. It is characterized by a simple structure, no numerous power heads, and a positioning plate for each workpiece is replaced. However, since the universal coupling is the main transmission, the service life is slightly worse than the fixed type, the positioning accuracy and stability are also slightly worse, and the cost is lower than the fixed type.

The our-station drilling and tapping machineis mainly composed of a bed, a power head, an automatically controlled rotary table, a tooling, a CNC system, a hydraulic station, a centralized lubrication device, a cooling automatic chip removal device, and a protective device.

Application

The four-station rotary table special machine is mainly used for butterfly valve stem holes and flange surface drilling. It can be clamped and installed at one time, with good processing efficiency, stable size, easy machine operation, and no need for repeated tool setting.
