The dust-free feeding area works together with the sealed feeding
port and the efficient dust suction system to prevent dust from the

Working principle
When the screening machine of the dust-free feeding station is
working, the material enters the dust-free feeding station through
the feeding port equipped with a sealed device. At this time, the
fan of the dust suction system generates negative pressure and
builds a stable air field around the feeding port. The dust
generated by the material input is instantly adsorbed by the air.
The dust enters the dust collection device composed of filter bag
or cyclone separator with the air flow, and the purified air is
discharged to achieve dust-free feeding. The finished feeding
material then enters the screening link, and the screening machine
relies on the motor to drive the screen box through the coupling or
belt, which generates high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration,
prompting the material to move quickly on the screen surface and
stratify according to the particle size. Smaller particles can
easily pass through different sizes of screen holes flexibly
changed according to screening needs, while larger particles remain
on the screen surface and continue to move forward, achieving
accurate grading of materials with screening accuracy determined by
the number of screen mesh.
