TCN Series Excavator Oil Seals are specifically designed for
hydraulic systems in construction machinery. Featuring a composite
structure of metal skeleton and high-elasticity rubber (NBR/TPV),
along with spring-reinforced sealing lips and dual-lip dustproof
design, they ensure long-term leakage prevention and contamination
resistance in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 135°C.
With a pressure resistance of up to 50 MPa, these seals are
compatible with key components of mainstream excavators such as
Komatsu and . They combine high wear resistance (service life
exceeding 4,000 hours) with customizable compatibility
(supporting size/material customization), making them ideal for
harsh conditions like heavy loads and dusty environments, while
significantly reducing equipment maintenance costs.

Feature :
FKM is a fluorocarbon elastomer with high thermal and chemical
resistance. Its broad spectrum of resistance and relatively good
compression set, even at high temperatures.
FKM material is known especially for its non-flammability, low gas
permeability and excellent resistance to ozone, weathering and
aging.
Temperature range: -20ºC~+200ºC FKM
