consumption approximately 12~15m³/h.

RH, no corrosive gases, no strong air flow disturbances.
3.3 Ventilation System: Non-contact connection to the user's

power line is dedicated; please provide a separate power supply.
Precision instrument power supplies and high-power equipment such
