Working Principle

When the Semi-automatic Dry Mix Powder Mortar Plant works, firstly, different kinds of raw material will be transported into the twin shaft paddle mixer by bucket elevator, secondly, different kinds of raw material will be mixed uniformly in the mixer machine, thirdly, the mixed material will get into the automatic packing machine and be packed.

1, Bucket elevator.

This is a vertical lifting device. 2, Twin shaft agravic paddle mixer.

4, Pulse dust collector.

The Impulse dust collector is mainly designed for dry mortar machine dust collecting, it equip pulse solenoid valve and can realize automatic dust remove. This dust collector is compact in structure, convenient in maintenance, which has the characteristics of large ash removal kinetic energy and high ash removal efficiency. It use special fabric filter dust, well dust collect. Fans,Cloth cylinder and filter assembly as one, can shorten the wind mesh simplify workmanship process.

5, Control cabinet.
