Working principle
Vibration motor as a power source, the eccentric block on its shaft produces centrifugal force when rotating, the centrifugal force makes the screen box produce high frequency vibration. This vibration presents the characteristics of three-dimensional rotational vibration, that is, it acts simultaneously in horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. After the material enters the screen surface from the feed port, it is quickly dispersed and makes complex movement under the action of three-dimensional rotary vibration force. Under the combined action of vibration and gravity, the fine-grained material less than the screen size is discharged from the corresponding discharge port through the screen. The coarse particles larger than the screen aperture move in a circle along the screen surface and are finally discharged from the other end of the discharge port to achieve efficient classification and screening of materials.
