Summary:
Rubber Akron abrasion testing machine is used to determine the wear
resistance of sulfide rubber. It determines the wear volume of the
sample within a certain mileage through the friction between the
sample and the grinding wheel under a certain tilt Angle and a
certain load.In line with the requirements of GB / T 1689 " wear
resistance of sulfuric rubber and other standards. Digital setting,
display wear times, automatic shutdown, the host and electrical
control design as one, the use of calibration grinding wheel,
beautiful shape, easy to operate.

Test sample standard:
The sample shall comply with the requirements of GB 1689,
Determination of wear resistance of vulcanized rubber (with a clone
grinding machine).
The sample is a strip of length (D+2h)*3.14+0~5mm, 12.7±0.2mm wide
and 3.2±0.2mm thick.
Note: D is the diameter of the rubber wheel, and h is the sample
thickness.
Its surface should be flat, and there should not be any cracks,
impurities, etc.

but should not be strained when bonding. The diameter of rubber
wheel is about 68mm, the thickness is 12.7±0.2ram, the hardness is
