This product is a high-efficiency heat dissipation and structural
protection integrated shell designed for high-power LED lighting
equipment, using aluminium alloy die-casting substrate, combined
with CNC precision machining and surface anodic oxidation
treatment, to achieve a perfect balance of lightweight, high
strength and excellent heat dissipation performance, suitable for
commercial lighting, industrial lighting and outdoor landscaping
scenarios, to ensure that the LED light source to ensure long-term
stability and prolong the service life.
Aluminium alloy die casting: this process produces high strength, corrosion-resistant parts
that are ideal for LED lighting housings. Aluminium alloy has good
thermal conductivity, which helps to dissipate heat.
CNC finishing: CNC machining enables the manufacture of parts with high precision
and complex geometries, and CNC finishing ensures the dimensional
accuracy and surface finish of LED luminaire housings.
