This is a customized titanium alloy valve designed specifically for
seawater desalination and water treatment systems, with excellent
corrosion resistance, high strength, and long service life,
suitable for harsh working environments such as high salinity, high
temperature, and high pressure.

1. Material characteristics
Titanium Alloy: Made of Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) or customized titanium based alloys,
it has natural resistance to seawater corrosion and avoids the
pitting and crevice corrosion problems of traditional stainless
steel or carbon steel valves.
Lightweight and High Strength: With a density of only 60% of steel, yet close in strength, it
reduces equipment load and is suitable for large-scale seawater
desalination plants.
2. Functional design
Customized adaptation: Supports on-demand design of valve types (such as ball valves,
butterfly valves, globe valves), sizes, pressure ratings (Class 150
to 2500), connection methods (flanges, threads, etc.), matching
different seawater desalination processes such as RO reverse
osmosis and multi-stage flash evaporation (MSF).
Low maintenance cost: The passivation film on the surface of titanium alloy can self
repair, reducing the frequency of downtime maintenance and lowering
the overall lifecycle cost.
