operation. Effective stroke: 150 mm; Positioning accuracy: ±2 μm;
Repeatability: ±0.5 μm; Straightness: ±3 μm; Maximum speed: 2 m/s;
Maximum acceleration: 2 g. Through optimal encoder and guide rail
configuration, positioning accuracy can reach 0.1–5 μm.
With its high dynamic response, high precision, high repeatability,
zero mechanical transmission error, and thermally stable structure,
the single-axis linear motor module has become a core drive
technology for machine vision systems, capable of achieving
sub-micron positioning and high-speed synchronous detection.
