Manufacturing Process:

Manufacturing Process: The production of our Steel Palisade Fence begins with material preparation, where steel coils are precisely unrolled, leveled, and verified through ultrasonic thickness testing. The pales are then formed through CNC punching of steel strips, precision bending to 45° points, and automated length cutting. During panel assembly, robotic welding ensures secure attachment of pales to rails while jig-mounted alignment guarantees perfect geometry, followed by thorough weld inspection (MPI testing). The surface treatment involves a comprehensive 7-stage pretreatment process (from degreasing to phosphating), hot-dip galvanizing at 450°C, with optional powder coating for enhanced protection. Rigorous quality control measures include dimensional tolerance checks, coating thickness verification, and BS 1722 load testing. Finally, finished panels are carefully packaged with protective separators, weatherproof wrapping, and custom crating for export-ready delivery.
