Product description
The in-line screen is a common screening equipment, mainly composed
of vibration motor, screen box, screen and other parts. It uses the
exciting force generated by the vibration motor to make the
material move in a straight line on the screen surface, so as to
achieve the screening of the material. The straight screen has the
advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, high
screening efficiency and large processing capacity, and can be
widely used in chemical, food, medicine, building materials and
other industries to screen and grade various granular and powdered
materials. Different specifications and models of in-line screening
can be customized according to the different needs of users to meet
a variety of special screening requirements.
Working principle
The in-line screen works by vibrating motor as power source. When
the motor is running, the internal eccentric block generates
centrifugal force, which generates exciting force, and promotes the
screen box connected with it to carry out regular reciprocating
linear motion. The material on the screen surface is constantly
thrown up and pushed forward under the drive of the screen box. In
this process, particles smaller than the screen aperture fall
through the screen and become the material under the screen;
Particles larger than the size of the screen continue to move
forward on the screen surface until they are discharged from the
discharge port and become the material on the screen, so that the
screening and grading of the material is completed.
