Features:
FS4000 is a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor
technology and intelligent electronic control technology, specially
developed for ordinary gas flow monitoring products. The sensor can
directly measure gas mass flow and low pressure loss. Suitable for
purifying air or nitrogen flow monitoring, and can also be used in
environmental samplers (e.g. chromatographic analysis instruments)
FS4003 flow sensor, pipe inner diameter of 3mm, low cost
measurement range to 5SLPM; Suitable for particle counters and
various analytical instruments.
FS4008 flow sensor, pipe diameter is 8mm, measuring range up to
50SLPM; Can be used for anesthesia equipment, clean gas detection,
such as: air sampler, gas analyzer, etc
