Casting production process:
Model making:
Molds for molding can be sand molds, metal molds or other
materials.
Smelting metal:
Heat and melt the metal raw materials, and adjust the chemical
composition to meet the performance requirements.
Pouring molding:
Pour the molten metal into the mold to fill the mold cavity.
Cooling and solidification:
The molten metal gradually solidifies after cooling to form the
initial shape of the casting.
Cleaning and processing:
Remove excess surface materials such as flash and pouring risers,
and perform necessary grinding or processing.
Heat treatment (optional):
According to the needs, annealing, quenching, tempering and other
treatments are carried out to improve the performance of the
casting.

Testing Machine and Pressure test machine can be used to
effectively control chemical composition and ensure mechanical
