Product description
Intermittent vacuum feeder is an efficient equipment used for
material handling in industrial production. It is mainly composed
of vacuum generator, suction nozzle, conveying pipe, silo and
control system. When working, the vacuum generator starts, quickly
forming a vacuum environment in the system, and the suction nozzle
relies on this negative pressure to accurately suck up the material
from the storage place, and the material is quickly transferred to
the silo along the conveying pipe. When the material in the bin
reaches the predetermined upper limit position, the control system
automatically triggers, the vacuum generator stops working, the
feeding process is then suspended, and a feeding cycle is
completed. When the materials in the bin are partially used and the
lower limit is reached, the equipment will automatically repeat the
above process, so intermittent cycle operation, accurately and
efficiently meet the demand for continuous and stable supply of
materials on the production line, and play a key role in many
industries such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry,
effectively improve production efficiency and ensure the smooth
progress of the production process.
Working principle
Intermittent vacuum feeders operate on the basis of vacuum suction.
After starting, the vacuum generator quickly pulls away the air in
the suction pipe and storage tank to build a negative pressure
environment. Driven by negative pressure, the external atmospheric
pressure presses the material from the inlet into the suction pipe,
and the material is transported to the storage tank by the pipe. In
order to prevent the material from blocking the pipeline or
bridging the tank, the equipment is often equipped with vibration
and arch breaking devices to help the material be stored evenly.
When the storage tank material reaches the set upper limit, the
vacuum generator is shut down, the discharge valve is opened, and
the material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of
the tank into the subsequent production link by gravity; Lower to
the lower limit, the discharge valve is closed, and a new feeding
cycle is opened immediately. The control system equipped with it
can accurately control the feeding time, vacuum degree, material
amount and other parameters, which meets the needs of various
production processes.

new factory or an existing production line transformation, it can
be easily integrated to meet the needs of diversified production
layout.
Intelligent control: Equipped with advanced control system, the
operator only needs to pre-set the feeding time, the upper and
lower limits of the material amount and other parameters on the
control panel, and the equipment can automatically complete a
series of processes such as vacuuming, suction, storage, discharge,
etc., with fault self-diagnosis and alarm function, reduce the
manual operation intensity, improve the stability and reliability
of the equipment operation.
Easy maintenance: compact and reasonable structure design, key
components such as vacuum generators, valves, etc., easy to
disassemble and install, daily cleaning, maintenance work easily
