1. Information synchronization: The code spraying machine is
installed together with the production line. When the product is

between the printing and the product.
2. Machine structure: It consists of a case and a sprinkler head,

supply, as well as display screen.The nozzle is connected to the
back of the machine by a flexible conduit.
3. Ink system: The ink system provides ink to the sprinkler head.
The ink creates a continuous flow of ink in the sprinkler head,
which can be recycled back into the ink system.
4. Printing process: During printing, the ink drop is deflected
from the sprinkler head and directly printed on the product.The
product and nozzle are non-contact during the printing process.The
