Ball mill is a key equipment for grinding crushed materials into powder. Working princple

The ball mill is composed of the feeding part, the discharging part, the rotating part, the transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. The motor drives the reducer, the reducer drives the small gear, the small gear drives the large gear, and the large gear drives the rotor to move. The material enters from the feed port and is crushed into powder after the impact and self-crushing of the steel ball and the ore. There is a grid at the exhaust port (large gear) for filtering. As the material is continuously fed, the pressure forces the material to flow out through the discharge port, small particles are discharged from the grid, and large particles continue to be crushed. The low surface area of ​​the slurry in the cylinder can reduce the excessive crushing of the ore and prevent the steel ball from falling. Under the same production conditions, the production capacity of the grate mill is greater than that of the overflow mill. It uses rolling bearings instead of sliding bearings at both ends of the cylinder, which is more energy-efficient.
