Product Features:
1. It has been specifically formulated as a sanitary sealant for use in hot humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms
where resistance to fungal growth is necessary. And it has the biggest fungicide level 0.
2. It is easily extruded and its rapid curing characteristics enable units to be quickly sealed and put into service. Its smooth,
glossy appearance compliments glazed sanitary ware and ceramic tiles.
3. It adheres without primer to glass, ceramic, vitreous, surfaces, painted surfaces.
4. It offers good resistance to most common cleaning products.
Application:
1.Installation of doors and windows in the construction field: sealing of glass and frame, waterproof and soundproof. Curtain
wall joints: expansion joint filling of metal and stone curtain walls. Roof waterproofing: metal roof joints, gutter seals.
2.Home decoration kitchen and bathroom waterproof: seal the edges of the sink and bathtub, and anti-moldy gaps in the tiles.
Baseboard/Countertop: Fix and seal wooden or stone countertops.
3.Industrial manufacturing automotive industry: headlights, windshield seals, and body seams are waterproof. Electronic
equipment: The circuit board components are waterproof and insulated, and the housing is sealed.
How to use:
1.The substrate is prepared to clean the surface to remove grease, dust and loose particles and ensure dryness. Porous
materials (such as concrete) can be applied first to enhance adhesion.
2.The glue application operation cuts the tip of the hose, loads the glue gun, and squeezes evenly into the gap at a 45° angle.
The filling depth is recommended to be 1/2~2/3 of the gap width.
3.Use a scraper or wet fingers to smooth the colloid to remove excess glue. Avoid touching before curing (the surface drying
time is about 10-30 minutes).
4.Curing time Surface curing: 24 hours (25℃, humidity 50%); Complete curing: 3-7 days (adjusted according to environment).
