Product description

Working principle
The working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is based on an
upright motor. When the motor is running, the eccentric weight at
both ends of the motor changes the single rotational motion of the
motor into the horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional
compound motion due to centrifugal force. This composite motion is
transmitted to the screen surface, and the operator can change the
movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface by finely
adjusting the phase Angle of the eccentric weight. Whether it is
powder, granular material, or mucilage material, it can be used to
move on the screen surface according to a specific trajectory,
prompting the material to fully contact the screen, so as to
achieve efficient and accurate screening to meet the needs of
different industries such as chemical, food, mining and so on.
