The LWLX-150L crawler mucking loader is a continuous excavating,
drawing, loading, and feeding equipment
for material transportation. It is mainly used in tunnel
construction, diversion culverts, cave construction, and
similar applications.
The LWLX-150L is suitable for tunnel sections above 4.5×4.5 meters,
with rock sizes ≤600 mm. The mucking
loader shovels rocks through its dig arm, then loads them onto the
conveyor trough. The rocks are transported
via scraper to the rear and offloaded into mine trucks, dumpers,
shuttle cars, or other transport vehicles. The
mucking loader may also be used to scale the forefield.
The LWLX-150L uses a diesel engine for traveling and an electric
motor for working. The working mechanism
includes a bucket, arm, boom, and rocker. The crawler mechanism
adopts a hydraulic driving system, which is
compact in structure, highly mobile for all-terrain working
conditions, and offers high gradeability. The loader
features a pilot valve control system, making it easy to operate
and maintain.
It also includes a standard FOPS+ROPS cabin, which provides a
convenient operating environment for the driver.
