Summary:
High Grade SiC-Mullite Brick is made of special grade high alumina
bauxite and high-quality artificially synthesized mullite as
aggregates, high-purity silicon carbide and white corundum as
matrix materials, and the introduction of "three stones" materials.
It is bonded with composite binders, high-pressure formed, and
high-temperature sintered. The use of "three stones" material for
secondary molehydration at high temperatures further improves the
high-temperature volume stability, load softening temperature, and
thermal shock stability of the product.
