1. Boiling and bleaching process of cotton knitted fabric
Penetrating agent 0.5-2g/L
Refining agent 1-2g/L
Hydrogen peroxide 2-5g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 0.5-1g/L
Caustic soda 2g/L
Bath ratio=1:10 95-100 ℃ for 60 minutes

2. Dyeing process of cotton knitted fabric
Penetrating agent 0.5-1g/L
Reactive dye x% o.w. f
Soda ash 20g/L
Yuanming powder 50g/L
Bath ratio=1:10,
50-60 ℃×30-60 minutes
