Product Main Features
he CV Series condenser adopts a V-shaped structural design with air
intake from both sides and air discharge from the top, providing a
larger windward surface area. It is primarily designed for use with
piston parallel units or screw units that have a high heat exchange
demand and are installed remotely. The product series has the
following features:
• Casing: Made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet with powder
coating (silver gray RAL9006). The fan ring features an integrally
stretched, large-radius, high-efficiency fan design, offering
excellent air guidance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
• Coil: Utilizes φ9.5mm internal ribbed copper tubes, arranged in a
triangular pattern with a spacing of 25×21.65mm, ensuring high heat
exchange efficiency.
• Finned Aluminum Plates: Hydrophilic aluminum foil with corrugated
design, with a fin spacing of 2.1mm.
• Fans: Standard design with 3P/380V/50Hz power supply. φ630 fans
are available in quantities from 1 to 6 units, with motor speeds of
4 or 6 poles. φ800 fans are available in single-row quantities from
1 to 8 units and double-row quantities from 4 to 16 units, with
motor speeds of 6 poles.
• Product Test Pressure: 32 bar.
• Refrigerants: Compatible with refrigerants such as R404A, R507A,
R448A, R449A, R134a, and R22.
