Working principle:
The working principle of the winch produced and sold by our company
Huichi petro is based on energy conversion and mechanical
transmission. The energy generated by the power source (such as
diesel engine, electric motor, etc.) is transmitted to the winch
drum through the transmission device, causing the drum to rotate.
During the rotation of the drum, the wire rope wrapped around the
drum will be retracted and released as the drum rotates, thereby
realizing the lifting and lowering of the drilling tools. The
control system adjusts and controls the operating parameters of the
winch accurately in real time according to the operator's
instructions, including speed, torque, lifting speed, etc., to
ensure that the winch can work according to the predetermined
requirements. In addition, auxiliary equipment such as lubrication
system and cooling system provide necessary support and guarantee
for the normal operation of the winch.
